v0.1.6: ship 0.1.5's features with the icon fix

v0.1.5 was tagged but never published: its Flatpak build failed on the new icon. This release carries the same features (editable stage history, `kareer history`, auto-ghosting, new icon, Add-form fix) plus the icon fix. Bump the version, add the 0.1.6 metainfo release, and update the manifest's pinned tag.
