Download the
.msix
matching your PC (x64 or ARM64) from the latest release.

First time only — releases are currently signed with a self-signed
certificate, so Windows won't trust them yet. Download
Wingnal.cer
from the
same release, right-click it → Install CertificateLocal Machine
place it in Trusted People.

Double-click the
.msix
and choose Install.

The certificate step exists only because there's no commercial code-signing
certificate yet. Once one is configured, the download will install without any manual trust step.
